What is the root cause approach?

If you notice a leak in your home, would you just patch up the area temporarily and put a bucket on the floor to catch the dripping water? Or would you look for the source of the leak?

You want to get to the bottom of the issue and not just take a Band-Aid approach, and the same goes for your health.

As we continue to evolve, so do our bodies and the signals they send out when they’re experiencing malfunctions - we call these signals “symptoms”, and they are important data points that we want to be paying attention to in order to address them head-on.

Symptoms can range from migraine headaches to persistent acne, joint pain to chronic fatigue, digestive issues to insomnia, acid reflux, skin rashes and/or nasal congestion.

Instead of just taking an Advil for your pain, getting a prescription cream for your skin problem, or taking reflux medication, start thinking about the root of the problems and how they can be fixed at the source.
